• How do I book?
You can call or email to schedule your session. We require a deposit at the time of booking which is 1/3rd of the total (including NYS sales tax of 8%). The total cost for a 1 scene session including tax is $216. The required deposit will be $72 and the remaining balance of $144 will be due on the day of the shoot.

• What is a slight variation?
A slight variation would be a variation within the context of the one outfit. For example, adding on an accessory or removing an article of clothing to create a slightly different look. It is not changing into a different outfit.
• What is "on-set planning"?
On set planning is a mini consultation before beginning the shoot. This is when we will go over your level of comfort and desired look to determine your taste. We will help pick out and finalize your outfit and best accessories. Lastly, we will coach you through the poses to create the most flattering looks.
• How long should I plan for my session?
You should plan on 45-60 minutes for your shoot if you are not adding hair and make up with us. If you're adding on hair and make up then plan on being at the studio for about 2-2 1/2 hours.
• Who will be at the shoot?
Asif will be your photographer and will coach you throughout the session. In most cases Andrea will be the assistant who will be present at the studio. In Andrea's absence we will have one of our other friendly female assistants at the session.
• What if there is no assistant available for my session?
If we are unable to book an assistant for your session we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss other options: whether to reschedule your session, go ahead with the shoot with just Asif, or bring along a friend to the shoot for your peace of mind.
• What happens at the "photo shop" appointment?
Your photo shop appointment will take place 1 week after your session at our studio. This is where you will be shown your 30 beautiful proofs and select your 2 digital images. You will also have the option to purchase any of our wonderful add-on products. This appointment usually lasts 15-30 minutes.
• CAN I SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER PRODUCT FOR THE 2 DIGITAL IMAGES?
Unfortunately we do not allow any substitutions. The scenes come as-is. However, you are certainly welcome to add on additional products of your choice
• How will I get my 2 digital images?
We will email them to you so you can download them to any or all of your preferred devices. At your photo shop appointment you will be given a written copyright release form that gives you permission to print your images up to 8x12 in size. If there are no editing requests we will email your images to you within 48-72 hours. If you do have editing requests to your selected images it will take longer than that.
• How will I get my add on products?
For books and albums, you can expect everything to be ready within 4-8 weeks. You will see a proof of the layout 2-3 weeks after your photo shop appointment. At this point you can request changes to the layout. Once we have your approval we will send it right to print and no changes can be made after that.
For print and wall art your order will be ready within 2-4 weeks. We don't create proofs for these products. Please keep in mind that the printed product will look slightly different than the images you see on a screen. The reason for this is that on a screen, light is coming through an image making it appear a bit brighter than it is. The same image printed with ink appears a bit dense and richer then it looked on a screen.
